In 2013, she founded the Haley Garcia Group as a Owner/Broker, with locations in Houston and The Woodlands, growing it into a team of highly skilled real estate professionals that continually closes over $100 million annually.
In 2024, Haley expanded her vision with the launch of GR Property Group, an extension of her existing real estate team to the Conroe, Willis, New Waverly and Huntsville markets, aimed at providing comprehensive real estate solutions in these areas. This new expansion will provide enhanced marketing to all sellers in these areas which also include the new acreage estate communities in the Grand Ranches alongside many custom builders.
While Haley specializes in leading her real estate teams, her 15+ years of experience as an executive business coach leading sales teams across the country uniquely equip her to meet the diverse needs of her clients and team members.
